Common People – the most recent live music venture curated by Bestival organiser Rob Da Bank – has announced the first batch of acts set to appear at the festival’s inaugural outing in Southampton this year.

The festival’s initial line-up announcement features Saturday night headliner Fat Boy SlimDe La SoulClean BanditBand Of SkullsJaguar SkillsGeorge The Poet, Kitty, Daisy & LewisSlavesDJ YodaThe Cuban BrothersPlastic MermaidsCraig CharlesWest End KidsFunky Little Choir and Mr. Motivator. 

A very special guest headliner is expected to be announced for the Sunday night of the festival shortly.

Common People will take place across the May Bank Holiday weekend (23rd – 24th) at Southampton Common, with adult weekend tickets priced at £55 and individual day tickets priced at £30. Tickets will be available to the general public here tomorrow, with pre-sale access currently being available to anyone who pre-registered on the festival’s website.
