On Wednesday, Taylor Swift filed a counterclaim against a radio DJ who sued her after he lost his job when she claimed he touched her inappropriately.
KYGO DJ David Mueller from Denver claims he was fired after he was falsely accused of lifting Swift’s skirt and touching her during a photoshoot at the Pepsi Center in June 2013.
He also claims it was one of his superiors who groped the singer. Swift’s counterclaim says that she knew exactly who touched her, hence she named only Mueller in her complaint. It also states that it was KYGO’s decision to fire him after evidence had been given. Swift has also said that any money she may make in the case will be donated to charities “dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard”.
