Beverly Hills based auction house ‘Julien’s Live Auctions’ are beginning their 2015 Icons and Idols auction.
Over 300 pieces of various memorabilia from big names of the musical world have gone up for sale on the company’s website, with some particular items attracting high interest.
The list includes Kurt Cobain related items such as a cutting of his hair – currently at $5000 – and his MTV unplugged cardigan, which is set to fetch between $40,000 and $60,000.
Other famous locks up for sale are from John Lennon of The Beatles, which are likely to go for around $30,000. Lennon’s prescription glasses are looking to go for a similar price, whilst a baseball signed by the whole band could be the highest seller – estimated to go for anything between $80,000 and $100,000.
Paraphernalia from Freddy Mercury, Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, and Michael Jackson are also amongst the list, which will be auctioned.
