Adele has admitted to regretting working with her one-time hero, Blur’s Damon Albarn. The two worked together briefly on Adele’s upcoming third album 25.

Albarn branded the singer-songwriter ‘insecure’ and the music for her new album as ‘middle of the road’, which Adele did not take kindly.

Regarding Albarn’s claim that the singer was ‘insecure’ she told Rolling Stone Magazine, “He said I was insecure, when I’m the least insecure person I know,” she said. “I was asking his opinion about my fears, about coming back with a child involved – because he has a child – and then he calls me insecure?”

Adele’s follow up to her bestselling 2011 album 21, will be released on the 20th November. 25’s opening track, ‘Hello’, has already been released and became the biggest UK number 1 in 3 years.
