ARTIST: TROYE SIVAN
ALBUM: BLUE NEIGHBOURHOOD
LABEL: UNIVERSAL MUSIC AUSTRALIA
RELEASE DATE: 4 DECEMBER 2015

ts_blueneighbourhood_standardTroye Sivan is an artist who you don’t expect to create music that makes you want more and more.  The first song on his album, ‘WILD’, gets your body moving and going, whereas the song ‘FOOLS’ plays with your emotions as Sivan sings about feelings – the accompanying music video for this track definitely proves a point about how we need to be more accepting about gay relationships.

His album, ‘Blue Neighbourhood’, has such a wide variety of songs that make your heart melt, make you want to dance and also make you contemplate about your own feelings.  Not only is Sivan’s voice interesting and mesmerising, but what makes him as an artist who’s also so intriguing is the fact he’s released three music videos which all link to tell a story.  Not many musicians or bands do that nowadays and it’s a lovely concept that Sivan uses to be a unique artist.

The Australia-based singer brings something new to the pop genre and throughout his YouTube career has had fans wanting more, being excited for what is to come.  He’s also featured in a few other medias such as appearing as a young Wolverine in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Not too bad for a 20 year old.

If you’ve never heard of this talented, inspiring and unique artist then you need to not only listen to this incredibly made album, but also make sure that you watch the related music video’s as it carries a powerful message and it’s what we as human beings need.  Sivan’s music has left people feeling like they’re not alone in certain situations whilst also driving them wild.
